Wide body design features an increased shackle bow radius which provides a minimum 58% gain in sling bearing surface, eliminating the need for a thimble. This features also increases the usable sling strength a minimum of 15% which can improve the working life of slings.
The pin is non-rotating; weld-on handles provide ease of use .
Cast alloy steel components are quenched and tempered for superior strength. Dimetcoted body and pin finish for corrosion protection.
